Maps B4 Apps is personally run by a former British Serviceman who spent a number of years in the Parachute Regiment completing tours in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan.
After leaving the forces he spent time working in Baghdad as a protection officer and a consultant in Jordan and Kuwait followed by three years at sea in Anti-Piracy. During this time teamwork was essential in tackling countless scenarios, often lacking resources in hostile conditions.
Whilst working in regular office based roles he noticed that, whilst having the right people and potential. The culture was often very much about working in departmental or as individual silos with an almost surgical focus of their immediate duties and responsibilities.
